  • Multiple quality control and quality review layers were needed before answers could be released.

We developed a tailored AI Agent, fully deployed on local and controlled infrastructure, that integrated seamlessly with the compliance team’s workflows.

  • Document Intelligence (Contextual Hybrid Retreival Augmented Generation): Regulatory standards and governing documents were segmented, contextualized, and embedded in a secure vector database for precise retrieval.
  • Structured Data Querying: Integrated with relational databases and spreadsheets to fetch compliance records directly.
  • Multi-Tool Reasoning: Combined retrieval, SQL queries, and tool orchestration for accurate, context-aware responses.
  • Reasoning Layer: Added scratchpad capabilities to let the AI “think through” complex inquiries before producing outputs.
  • Governance Built-In: Logging, reporting, and incident-tracking for full accountability.
