Private AI Deployment

Keep sensitive AI inside your controlled architecture.

Galang AI designs private AI systems around the real data boundary: model access, retrieval, identity, logs, integrations, human approvals, and the team responsible for operating them.

What we implement

Privacy is an end-to-end architecture, not a hosting checkbox.

01

Architecture and data-flow design

Map every source, model call, integration, credential, log, output, and administrative path before selecting infrastructure.

  • Trust-boundary and data-flow diagrams
  • Model and hosting option analysis
  • Retention, logging, and egress decisions
02

Private knowledge and RAG

Ground assistants in approved internal sources while preserving document permissions, citations, provenance, and index isolation.

  • Role-aware retrieval and source permissions
  • Private vector and metadata stores
  • Citation and groundedness evaluation
03

Secure agent execution

Constrain what an agent can read, call, draft, recommend, or execute across enterprise systems.

  • Scoped tools and service identities
  • Human approval for consequential actions
  • Action logs, timeouts, and failure containment
04

Production operations

Build the monitoring, runbooks, patching, evaluation, backup, and ownership model needed to keep a private system reliable.

  • Health, latency, quality, and cost monitoring
  • Model and dependency lifecycle planning
  • Operator training and incident procedures

Operator-led delivery

Select the smallest architecture that satisfies the real boundary.

  1. 01

    Define the boundary

Classify data, users, systems, approved networks, model constraints, and the authority the AI will receive.

  2. 02

    Prove the architecture

Test model quality, retrieval, latency, access, logs, failure modes, and operating burden in a controlled pilot.

  3. 03

    Deploy and sustain

Integrate the approved design with documentation, monitoring, ownership, evaluation, and a safe change process.

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers before you engage.

What does private AI deployment mean?

Private AI means the architecture limits where prompts, source data, model calls, outputs, logs, and credentials can travel. It may use a private cloud endpoint, virtual private cloud, self-hosted model, on-premises infrastructure, or an isolated environment depending on the requirement.

Do we have to run the model on our own hardware?

Not necessarily. Private deployment is a spectrum. Some organizations need on-premises or isolated infrastructure; others can use an approved managed model through private networking, strict retention settings, role-aware retrieval, and controlled application services.

Can private AI use our internal documents without exposing them publicly?

Yes, when the retrieval and application layers are designed with source permissions, isolated indexes, least-privilege access, controlled model endpoints, and appropriate logging. The exact design depends on the sensitivity and authorization boundary of the data.

Does a private deployment automatically make the system compliant?

No. Hosting location is only one control. Compliance and authorization depend on the complete system, data flows, identity, configuration, operations, documentation, contractual obligations, and the applicable framework. We do not represent a design as compliant before its actual scope is evaluated.

How do you choose between cloud, on-premises, and self-hosted models?

We compare data sensitivity, latency, model quality, hardware, network constraints, operating burden, integration needs, licensing, observability, cost, and the organization’s ability to maintain the system after launch.
