Health & Wellness Coaching with Jill: Galang AI’s First Completed Launch Loudoun Project
Galang AI and Health & Wellness Coaching with Jill completed their first project together through Loudoun Economic Development’s Launch Loudoun Technical Services Pilot Program, creating a reusable marketing and client-communication system for Jill Ryan’s growing coaching practice.
ALDIE, Va. Galang AI and Health & Wellness Coaching with Jill are celebrating the completion of their first project together through Loudoun Economic Development’s Launch Loudoun Technical Services Pilot Program. The engagement is also the first project Galang AI has completed as a participating provider in the program.
Launch Loudoun brought Jill Ryan and Galang AI together around a defined business need. Jill was building the foundation for Health & Wellness Coaching with Jill, a Gadfly company, and wanted a stronger, more consistent way to market the practice, explain her Life Momentum Framework, and communicate with clients across presentations, documents, social media, and print.
The match gave Jill access to focused professional support while giving Galang AI an opportunity to help another Loudoun business turn an existing vision into practical tools. Instead of replacing Jill’s identity or voice, the work concentrated on building a reusable system she could continue using as the coaching practice grows.

The completed project included a refined visual identity system; a coordinated 16-icon library for Jill’s values, eight dimensions of wellness, and five Life Momentum Framework stages; reusable contract, proposal, intake, coaching-report, and white-paper templates; a presentation system; Canva-ready social, flyer, and postcard templates; print-ready sticker concepts; and four reusable wellness-wheel graphics.
Galang AI also prepared modern SVG files, simplified SVG 1.1 versions, and high-resolution transparent PNGs so Jill could use the new assets in both current tools and an older version of Photoshop. The goal was not simply to deliver polished files. It was to remove friction from future marketing and client communication by giving Jill a system that was organized, consistent, adaptable, and ready to use.
The project moved through a collaborative review process. Galang AI used AI-enabled creative workflows to accelerate research, exploration, iteration, and production, while human creative direction and Jill’s feedback kept every decision grounded in the practice’s purpose, audience, and voice. AI increased the team’s speed, but the quality came from communication, judgment, and careful review.
Jill confirmed that the final package was working on her end and said she could use all of it. She also highlighted the speed and creative approach of the engagement and said she looks forward to future projects with Galang AI.
The project demonstrates what the Technical Services Pilot Program can make possible for a local business. Loudoun Economic Development identified a real need, created a thoughtful match, and lowered the barrier to beginning a focused professional-services engagement. Health & Wellness Coaching with Jill received a stronger marketing foundation, Galang AI developed a meaningful local client relationship, and both businesses now have a reason to continue working together beyond the original scope.
Public Launch Loudoun materials state that eligible, established, for-profit Loudoun County businesses can apply for a defined technical-services project and receive up to 10 hours of approved assistance subsidized by Loudoun County. Approved applicants may be matched with up to three participating providers and can select the provider that best fits their objectives. Eligibility, available funding, project approval, and provider matching are controlled by Loudoun Economic Development.
